How does booking a stay work?
Choose your dates and send a booking request. The host has 24 hours to accept. Once they do, you have 24 hours to pay, and then your stay is confirmed and you get the address and the host’s phone number.
When do I pay, and how?
Sending a request is free. You only pay after the host accepts, by card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or internet banking through SSLCommerz. Your payment goes to Inside Bangla, not straight to the host.
Are the hosts verified?
Every host confirms their phone number and uploads their NID or passport, and our team reviews each listing before it goes live.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Each stay shows its cancellation policy before you book. Flexible: Full refund if cancelled at least 1 day before check-in. Moderate: Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in, 50% after that. Strict: 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in, no refund after that.
Can I message the host before I book?
Yes. Send a message from any stay page to ask about the place or your dates. Phone numbers and addresses are shared once your booking is confirmed.
How are Stays different from Hotels & Resorts?
Stays are apartments and rooms run by local hosts that you book and pay for on Inside Bangla. Hotels & Resorts lists hotels, resorts and homestays that you contact directly to book.
How can I list my apartment on Inside Bangla?
Sign up as a host, verify your phone number and ID, and add your place with photos, prices and available dates. Our team reviews it and it goes live once approved.
