How do I hire a local guide?
Open a guide’s profile, choose hours, a half day, full days or one of their packages, pick your date and send a request. The guide has 24 hours to accept, then you have 24 hours to pay and your booking is confirmed.
How much does a travel guide cost?
Each guide sets their own rates, shown on their profile for hourly, half-day and full-day hire and any packages. You see the full price before you send a request.
Which languages do the guides speak?
Every guide lists the languages they speak, from Bangla and English to Hindi, Arabic, Chinese and more. Use the language filter to find one who speaks yours.
Are the guides verified?
Every guide confirms their phone number and uploads their NID or passport, and our team approves each profile before it goes live.
Can I cancel a guide booking?
Yes. Each guide shows their cancellation policy before you book. Flexible: Full refund if cancelled at least 1 day before the trip. Moderate: Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before the trip, 50% after that. Strict: 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the trip, no refund after that.
Can I talk to a guide before hiring them?
Yes. Use “Ask a question” on the guide’s profile to plan your trip together. Phone numbers are shared once your booking is confirmed.
